Ocean Gems® Baby Cuttlefish originates from the South China Sea along Vietnam's Southeast Coast. They are wild caught, cleaned, gutted and skin off. There are no preservatives or treatments added in the production process. From the time the cuttlefish are caught, to the time they are cleaned and individually quick frozen, every step is meticulously planned to ensure our customers' high expectations are met.
