Payments & Refunds
Full payment must be made before delivery. Eat The Kiwi accepts the following payment methods:
Not Home For Your Delivery?
If you think you might not be home when your order is delivered, the box will be left at your front door or with reception (if the driver is allowed to get inside the building). You will be responsible for the box in case of any loss or damage as soon as it has been delivered.
- Please let us know as soon as possible if anything isn't right with your delivery.
- If items are unsatisfactory or missing, please send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours with one or more photos attached. Eat The Kiwi reserves the right of final decision.
- We will work to re-deliver a product to you as a replacement.
- If you do not wish for any product to be redelivered: Eat The Kiwi, at our sole discretion may refund the value of that product (as at the date on which the product was ordered).
- Eat The Kiwi reserves the right to charge the customer a reasonable cancellation fee for that order.
- If you are invoiced an incorrect amount for an Eat The Kiwi order, Eat The Kiwi shall be paid by, or refunded to, you the necessary adjustment amount to reflect the correct amount which you should have been invoiced.
- Eat The Kiwi will refund you by crediting your credit card or via the method in which you paid.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and you will receive an email notifying you of the refund.
- In case of missing refunds, please first check with your bank.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it might take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done the two steps above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We could replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you have any problems with your delivery please get in touch and we'll see what we can do for you - send us an email at email@example.com.
- Cancellations will only be accepted before the 10am cut off in relation to your selected delivery day.
- 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds can take up to 3-5 days to process.
- Cancellations after the 10am cut-off will not be refunded.
Delivery Date and/or Address Changes
- Any address and/or delivery date change requests made after delivery cut-offs (10am on the business day prior) are subject to an additional charge of HK$150.
- Delivery date changes will only be accepted within office hour time (before 6pm).
- Please double check all entries and make sure that they are correct before proceeding.
