Using Japans finest Sake Rice and ultra-soft alpine water from New Zealand's Southern Alps, Zenkuro gives a unique taste of a collaboration between New Zealand and Japan's world-class ingredients.
Crafted by lightly filtering the fermented moromi (mash) to leave behind just enough lees in the sake to maintain its original white colour, body and texture. Produced in small batches, our Nigori is fresh yet silky smooth, and goes particularly well with spicier and richer dishes.
