When Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted

Your order would be delivered as usual, however there might be slight delays depending on weather and traffic conditions.

When Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted

Delivery will be resumed when the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled, but actual arrangement might vary, depending on weather and traffic conditions.

When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is about to be hoisted

Delivery will be temporarily suspended within 3 hours after Hong Kong Observatory's announcement.

When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is cancelled or lowered

• If it is cancelled or lowered at or before 8am, delivery would be arranged as usual.
• If it is cancelled or lowered made between 8am and 1pm, delivery will resumed within 3 hours after Hong Kong Observatory's announcement.
• If it is cancelled or lowered after 1pm, delivery service will be suspended for the day, all deliveries will be postponed to the next available delivery date.
