Cochemer Bischofsstuhl Spätlese is a refined and genuine Mosel white wine, characterized by its delicate acidity and delightful sweetness, embodying the essence of premium sweet Mosel wines. This Riesling Spätlese reveals enchanting aromas of tropical fruits like pineapple and grapefruit, complemented by subtle notes of gooseberry and mint. Crafted from late-harvest (Spätlese) Riesling grapes, this mildly sweet wine boasts a sugar content of up to 40g/l, achieving an exquisite balance of acidity and sweetness that perfectly captures the terroir of Terrassen Moselle.
