Gentle pressing of the grapes, maceration for 20–25 days in cement tanks, and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Wine Characteristics
Intense red color with brilliant violet reflections; remarkable bouquet of wild berries, spices, and chocolate; on the palate it is soft and persistent, with a tannic component still well present.
