Our New Zealand King Salmon, or Wāmu Hāmana, is sustainably ocean-farmed in the cool waters of the deep south where it grows slowly, developing a rich, smooth taste.
Our New Zealand King Salmon is then cured in a unique marinade before being gently smoked over manuka wood to give it a distinctive and delicate flavour.
Our Hot Smoked Salmon is cured, smoked over over NZ manuka, and then oven roasted giving a subtle smoky taste with a flaky texture.
