White vinification with gentle pressing, followed by fermentation with selected yeasts. Aging and secondary fermentation (sparkling process) using the Charmat method.
Wine Characteristics
Straw-yellow color; on the nose it reveals citrus notes with a typical and persistent bouquet. The palate is well-balanced, with sweetness supported by acidity, while the finish closes aromatic. The fine perlage ensures persistence and pleasantness in the mouth.
