This is a bulk case of chicken breasts. Units are not individually frozen and are not suitable to be defrosted separately. Perfect for meal prepping. Simply pan fry skin side down to get a golden brown colour and deliciously crisp sear or simply remove the skin if you're not wanting that extra bit of fat (but it's so tasty though).
Bird & Barrow‘s s chickens are free to roam or shelter as they wish within the lush pastures of their Waikato farm. These chickens are quickly frozen, packaged and sent to Hong Kong, so that when you defrost them, they'll be as fresh as they can be!
Once defrosted, best consumed within 3 days. Wrap tightly in film, then put in a Tupperware - keep in the coldest part of the fridge.
