Premium Shrimp Roe Fine Noodles
One of Wing Lok’s signature products, these noodles are crafted from high-grade flour, a secret seafood broth, and premium shrimp roe. The dough is hand-processed into noodle cakes, delivering an intense shrimp roe flavor. Perfect for soup or dry-style noodle dishes. Compared to our “Supreme Shrimp Roe Noodles,” this version contains even more seafood essence, resulting in a richer, more savory taste.
Cooking Instructions:
The noodle cake is packed with flavor on its own. Simply boil 400cc of water, cook the noodles for 2 minutes until they loosen, then serve with the broth. Alternatively, place the noodles in a bowl, pour in about 400ml of boiling water (just enough to cover), and microwave at 800W for 3 minutes. No seasoning or soup packets needed—convenient and healthy.
