Our mead is rich and smooth with a sweet taste of honey on the finish.

Made from fermenting New Zealand Manuka and Multifloral honey and maturing with French Oak. This delicious wine can be served at room temperature, warmed or chilled, poured over ice, or crafted into your favourite cocktails.

Different temperatures will bring out different tasting notes of citrus, luscious floral honey and Manuka Honey.

Recommended pairing: Duck, Honey glazed ham, pork or oriental dishes.
