The Swede, not much to look as a cross between cabbage and turnip. The Swede is creamy white, topped with a purple crown. The flesh is yellowy-orange, with a sweet, earthy flavour.

Swedes are super versatile, you can boil, roast or steam and if you're Scottish serve as a side to your haggis.
