This recipe kit is based on a famous Chinese dish with a Kiwi twist. We’ve replaced what would usually be scallops with our Cloudy Bay Storm Shell Clams. The large, single serve clam has two distinct flavours. The tongue has a rich aroma of fresh cream and a sweet flavour of clean, fresh scallops. The body has a deep, sea kelp aroma and a flavour reminiscent of crayfish.
