Snapper Fillets (skin on, frozen, 200g)


New Zealand’s beautiful, isolated islands are surrounded by some of the most pristine waters and abundant seafood in the world. Snapper are predominantly caught in the coastal waters around the North Island and the northern half of the South Island, up to 150 metres deep.

When cooked they have a medium texture and thick flakes of white flesh. Snapper can be poached, barbecued, baked, marinated, smoked, fried and used in soups/chowders.
