These little reds are perfect for roasting. Keep it plain and simple. Toss with olive oil, and salt and pepper, and then roasted until golden brown.
For super crispy potatoes, use a high smoke point oil. Heat the tray with the oil first, then pop the potatoes into the hot oil. Cook at 200 degrees celsius until crispy and golden.
There also perfecting for boiling, serve with butter and fresh Italian parsley.
