Firstly, you’ll notice it has a deeper yellow hue compared to most European ‘equivalents’. This is due to the bounty of fresh pasture our New Zealand dairy cows feast on all year round, instead of eating grain. Lucky them means lucky us.
Once you taste it you’ll be overcome by how incredibly rich and creamy it is. This is due to the painstaking process that produces a much lower water content than even our premium range. Whilst most of the batches end up in the kitchens of New Zealand’s leading chefs, we’re able to share some stock with a few of our favourite delicatessens.
