Vicky Ha, the Dumpling Queen grew up making dumplings with her Mum in a tiny Hong Kong apartment, moving to NZ in 2000. Vicky and her team have been handcrafting these beautiful dumplings since 2012, using natural and ethically sourced Kiwi ingredients.
