Akaroa King Salmon Fillet (Frozen, 150g)

Akaroa Salmon are reared in the isolated, pristine and picturesque Lucas Bay - a deep water bay on the east coast of New Zealand's South Island.

Akaroa salmon is a long term family operation whose approach to rearing salmon prioritises the health and welfare of the fish and the long term protection of the environment.

The salmon live in very low-density sea pens and are hand-fed a diet that is sustainable, non-GMO, hormone-free, antibiotic-free and steroid-free. The feed is a low-energy, slow-grow diet to ensure the fat/ oil percentage is similar to that of wild salmon.
