Steamed Storm Shell Clams Recipe Kit (Serves 4)

Our Eat The Kiwi recipe kits contain a recipe card with step by step instructions, all of the key ingredients you need to make it and a bottle of Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc to match!

This recipe is based on a famous Chinese dish with a Kiwi twist. We’ve replaced what would usually be scallops with our Cloudy Bay Storm Shell Clams. The large, single-serve clam has two distinct flavours. The tongue has a rich aroma of fresh cream and a sweet flavour of clean, fresh scallops. The body has a deep, sea kelp aroma and a flavour reminiscent of crayfish.
